We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, misuse of offers, or payment issues.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency for the UAE store, unless stated otherwise.

For UAE orders, we currently accept payment through PayPal only.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

If payment is not completed, declined, reversed, disputed, or flagged for review, we may delay, hold, or cancel the order.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform you.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the courier partner.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect customer details, failed delivery attempts, customs procedures, or events beyond our control.

7. Failed Delivery & Refused Orders

Our courier partner may attempt delivery as per their standard process.

If an order is not delivered because the customer is unavailable, refuses the package, provides an incorrect address, or fails to respond to delivery calls, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Shipping charges, COD charges, and handling charges may not be refundable

  • Re-shipping may require additional charges

  • Future COD orders may be restricted or cancelled

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed, packed, or dispatched.

To request cancellation, contact us at info@glidinggearcompany.com as soon as possible with your Order ID.

Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

During sale periods, promotional campaigns, or high-volume order periods, cancellations may not be accepted.

9. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We follow an exchange-only policy.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size preference

  • Colour preference

  • Correctly delivered products

  • Sale, discounted, clearance, or promotional items

  • Refused deliveries

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

An exchange may be considered only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request an exchange, you must email us at info@glidinggearcompany.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Customer name and contact number

  • Clear reason for exchange

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A continuous 360° unboxing video showing the unopened parcel, shipping label, and product condition

The unboxing video helps us verify damage, missing items, or incorrect delivery. Requests without sufficient proof may be rejected after review.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging wherever applicable.

If your exchange request is approved, we will share the next steps. Please do not send any product back without approval from our team.

If the same product is available, we will arrange an exchange for the same item. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equal value or store credit, subject to our approval.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights available to customers under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

10. Sale & Promotional Items

Products purchased during sale, discount, clearance, bundle, or promotional campaigns are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Free gifts, promotional items, and complimentary products are not eligible for exchange or replacement.

11. International Orders

If international shipping is offered, duties, customs charges, import taxes, clearance fees, and any other charges applicable in the destination country shall be borne by the customer.

Gliding Gear Company is not responsible for delays, customs holds, non-payment of duties, or refusal of delivery by the customer.

International orders may not be eligible for exchange unless the product received is incorrect or defective and the issue is approved by our team.

12. Invoice

An electronic invoice or order confirmation may be sent to your registered email address after your order is confirmed.

A physical invoice may be included with the package where applicable.
