Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Gliding Gear Company, we carefully check every order before dispatch. We currently follow an exchange-only policy and do not offer refunds for change of mind, size preference, colour preference, or correctly delivered products.

Exchange Eligibility
We will consider an exchange only if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging, wherever applicable.

A continuous 360° unboxing video showing the unopened parcel, shipping label, and product condition
The unboxing video helps us verify damage, missing items, or incorrect delivery. Requests without sufficient proof may be rejected after review.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
Exchanges will not be accepted for:

Correctly delivered products in good condition

Products damaged due to use, washing, mishandling, or improper care

Items purchased during sale, discount, clearance, or promotional offers

Free gifts and promotional items

International orders, unless the product received is incorrect or defective

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
Exchange Approval Process
Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and may ask for additional information if required.
If your request is approved, we will share the exchange instructions with you. Please do not send the product back without approval from our team.
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the exchange has been approved.
Exchange Timeline
Once the returned product passes inspection, we will process the exchange based on product availability.
If the same product is available, we will send a replacement of the same item.
If the same product is not available, we may offer an alternative product of equal value or store credit, subject to approval.
No Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for:

Delays caused by courier, customs, or incorrect customer details
Refunds will only be considered if required under applicable UAE consumer protection laws or if an exchange cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances approved by our team.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges, COD fees, customs duties, taxes, and payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.
For approved exchanges due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will guide you on the return shipping process.
