At Gliding Gear Company, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and safely as possible.

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on glidinggearcompany.shop.

Order Dispatch Time

All confirmed orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation.

Working days do not include Sundays, public holidays, or courier non-working days.

During sale periods, promotional campaigns, high order volume, or unforeseen operational delays, dispatch may take longer than usual.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days, depending on your location, courier availability, and delivery conditions.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect address details, customs checks, or other external disruptions.

Payment Method

For UAE orders, we currently accept payment through PayPal only.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

If payment is not completed, declined, reversed, or flagged for review, the order may be delayed, held, or cancelled.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping charges, service fees, customs duties, taxes, or additional delivery-related charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Tracking Orders

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other available communication method.

You can use the tracking details to check the status of your shipment.

Serviceable Locations

We use third-party courier partners to deliver orders. While we try to cover as many locations as possible, some areas may not be serviceable.

If your location is not serviceable, we may contact you within 5 working days and request an alternative delivery address.

If no serviceable address is provided, we may cancel the order as per our internal review and applicable policies.

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may happen due to reasons beyond our control, including:

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery as per their standard delivery process.

If the package cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the order, incorrect address, incomplete contact details, or failure to respond to courier calls, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping may require additional charges.

Shipping charges, handling charges, and any other delivery-related charges will not be refundable.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at the time of placing the order.

Gliding Gear Company will not be responsible for failed delivery, delay, return, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address, phone number, email address, or customer information.

Order Cancellation Due to Delivery Failure

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect details, refusal of delivery, or customer unavailability, we may contact you through phone or email.

If we are unable to reach you or arrange re-delivery, the order may be treated as closed.

Any further action, including re-shipping, exchange, or store credit, will be at the discretion of Gliding Gear Company and subject to applicable charges.
